The URL is the explanation; it's a "Magic Eye" 3D version of Tetris, and it's playable. Since I can't run external executables on my office computer I have to go by the word of others (I would anyway, because I can't perceive stereograms properly) and cannot vouch for its qualities... but be advised that some have reported getting headaches from trying to remain unfocused while playing.
